To be eligible for the Bridging Visa C (subclass 030), you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must have applied for a substantive visa while you were in Australia
  • You must not hold a substantive visa
  • You must not have conditions on your last visa that prevent the grant of a Bridging Visa C
