About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to serve residents within aged care facilities in and around Ballarat. Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily consultations and reviews for aged care residents
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including a nurse, telehealth geriatrician, and physician
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using system-based reporting software
• Provide high-quality care and medical services to residents
• Travel within the region to visit various aged care facilities

Requirements:

• General or Specialist AHPRA registration with no conditions
• Experience with system-based reporting and confidence in using various software packages
